Third Masterclass on Research Impact and Impact Assessment at the Science-Policy-Society Interface

The third and last edition of the GEH-Masterclass was planned as a back-to-back event with the last Annual Socratic Dialogue Event,. The masterclass was a presential meeting organised by ILVO, Aarhus University, and Wageningen University and Research. The event was open to the ASDE audience (researchers, funders, program managers, policymakers), members of the GEH, and special guests from the HE Partnerships.  The venue was at ILVO’s facilities in Ghent, Belgium.

The masterclass included an exchange of lessons on insights from the impact assessment from the GEH networks, as well as an HE Partnership. Additionally, there was a workshop on approaching research impact and impact assessment at the science-policy-society interface, led by experts from CIRAD.

The objective of the Masterclass was to learn from previous European research experiences to better navigate the societal and policy impacts of European research collaborations.

The event consisted of two blocks: one for sharing experiences and a workshop by experts at CIRAD.
